If so, can A lawyer contact me in north houston and set up a lawsuit? I paid them $259 in refundable deposits, when I get my refund 1 month after I moved out, it was short because they claimed I was late 2 days returning the keys and the blinds were damaged. Both were FALSE, and they finally admitted it when I backed it up with evidence, and they said they would refund my money, which, TO THIS DAY, they have not!! It's been over 3 months since I left and no refund. I want to sue them bigtime. if you're a lawyer and want to make some money off this case, please contact me.

You don't need an attorney to handle this. Go to the small claims court in the county where the property is located. On the day of court make sure you bring all of your evidence with you. If the judge determines that an amount was wrongfully withheld you may get a judgment for double or triple that amount.

Go to small claims court and file with them. But for that little amount of money, you might not want to waste your time. It probably wont be worth the head ache.

No lawyer would touch anything like this, not enough money involved. Check out the website below for additional information.
