A worldwide survey was conducted by the UN. The only question asked was:

"Would you please give your honest opinion about solutions to the food shortage in the rest of the world?"

The survey was a huge failure, In Africa they didn't know what 'food' meant, In India they didn't know what 'honest' meant, In Europe they didn't know what 'shortage' meant, In China they didn't know what 'opinion' meant, In the Middle East they didn't know what 'solution'meant, In South America they didn't know what 'please' meant, And in the USA they didn't know what 'the rest of the world' meant!

According to my knowledge this could be true in a fictional way.
Cos if you think about it surely,
Africa- they should be able to understand the word food but not not the object of it , as thier is a shortage of food.
India - Half the population are uneducated and english is not one of thiers languages.
Europe - They live in comfort and have everything they need so shortage is not in the vocab.
China- is the largest manufacturing country in the world basically they no it all
Middle East- they no the word but with the war going on to them a solution looks like centuries away.
South America- everyone for themselves.
USA- they ruled by bush so they happen to be blinded.

That's About it sorry to have offend anyone

You forgot 'give' - the Jews and Scots didn't understand what give meant. Othewise the results are 100%.

(Jews and Scots don't take offence, it's a joke - and I'm of Jewish descent)
