I would ask him why he has isolated his country so much from the rest of the world and many of its istitutions by being so unilateral? Why would he place his country and his countrymen in such an invidious position where majority of the world's population have negative views on them.
I do not expect that he would answer. I expect that he just does not care (might is right)! Perhaps that is the answer. But we also know that success is fleeting especially for those who myopically view history in the space of just decades or even a century.

I wouldn't bother....they never answer honestly anyway. Former Secretary of Defense, Robert McNamara said of press conferences: "Never answer the question you are being asked. Answer the question you wish you were being asked." That must be BushCo's policy as well.

A: Yes I do, for terrorising inumarable children and their parents, giving pain and hardships to the people of Lesser GOD with Wepons of Mass Distruction which are under my Command. And all my other decisions and indecisions which directly or indirectly count as sin in GOD's court of love, I beg pardon.
PS: I am sure he does this in his silent prayer, atleast to convince himself that he is a man.
