Call a bee keeper or pest controll!
If there are too many chances are you have a hive too big to kill w/ store bought items.
Depending on how long they been there is also another factor. If you wait long enough the queen bee will leave and once she leaves the other bee's will too. But no one wants to wait for something like that so call a professional.

Call a local bee keeper. They may even get rid of them for free if they are just getting their hives started.
I had this problem in Houston, and that is what I did. It was fascinating to watch...from a distance, and it did not cost a dime because the bee keeper that I found was just getting his bee keeping business started, and he needed to have some more hives.
If you think that they might be Africanized Killer Bees, then you should call the local animal control people and get their advice. They will know who can get out to your place and exterminate them safely. It is a public service.

Most commonly when this bee swarm happens, people just call a local bee-keeper and that person will come over and collect them amazingly into his/her own collection and take charge of them into his custody once and for all. It is something to behold and usually a free service for you, the most grateful, to thank that person from the bottom of your heart.
