I think for anyone myself included the ideal number of children would be how many one desired, can love and take care of .

I have two children ages 8 and 5 years old, and to be honest i think that is it for me. Just the thought of having to raise them for another 10 years and then give them money for school, it's enough to make my hair fallout. But all kidding aside two is just right a boy and a girl it's just what i wanted. And i live in the u.s.a.

4 2 girls 2 boys. 3 will leave it uneven and they will feel left out or one will have to chose sides when fights breakout. 2 is gunna leave the kids wanting more, either a brother or a sister to play with or protect. ya know? im from the USA. and we're not that overpopulated. THERES ENOUGH FOOD FOR EVERYONE! :D

that way no one is left out and every thing is even
