management education is the art of learning how to make decisions, whether long- or short-term. all strategic decisions have repercussions on the employees, envronment, and competition. management should learn how to balance all the stakeholders and run a sustainable business enterprise.

Management education is to be able to make decisions. Be able to deal with any type of personalities and treat them all the same. Be conscience that you are not favoring or give the impression that you are not favoring any body. Make sure you have all the nessasay information in case of a crisis or emergencies. Making sure that what you are managing is profitable. Always have all the proper documentations. And one thing that is very important is to know how to delegate the work to the proper people.
