I think that the place with the most racist people in it are the places that don't have a huge variety of different people. I would say that Mexico is a very racist place especially against the true natives the indians. America has many racist people, like every other country in the world, but I wouldn't say it was one of the top countries that harbors racisim. America accepts different races and ethnicities better than any other place in the world.

I would have to say America. There are too many lies covering up the truths in our history about the different origins of people. And I would like to point out just one thing although it may not have a lot to do with your question. Caucasian people did not start slavery. We bought into it and expanded and supported it although it should have never been condoned. All religions say that color is not important so why should it matter if your black, blue, neon green with orange polka dots or fluorescent pink with black stripes? In all religions didn't just 1 or 2 people or deities give birth to the entire human and animal population? People must learn to get past what they see on the outside and look into a persons heart, soul, and mind.

China. Anyone there who does not look Chinese is assumed to be a spy for the west, or otherwise treated with great suspicion. I think it comes of being a racially distinct group under communist rule. Suspicion is the order of the day in a communist country, and they have an identifiable "insider/outsider" racial identity.

I think every country shows racism in one way or another. Its basically humane nature to discriminate. Even if you dont think so I bet you have done it atleast once in your life....
