I will be 20 weeks pregnant on Sunday. Last Sunday we had a little bleeding and it freaked us out so we've stopped sex until our baby appt. on Wednesday. Our sonogram is in a week. My conern is that this is my first pregnancy and I have a moderate baby bump, little to no fetal movement, no aches, no pains. My only pregancy symptom is fatigue. and a bolt of an appetite once in awhile. Should I be worried?

no DO NOT WORRY... Worring can only make things worse on you & on the baby, usally you dont feel movement untill after the 21 week mark & depending on your size before you may not show up untill your 6th month it really just depends.. Bleeding is sometinmes normal especially after sex, in the first to second trimester, be glad that you are having no aches or pains that is a blessing LOL consider your self lucky.. Smile & take care of your self & the baby...

When i was 20 weeks I had bleeding Tyler(baby) and i were fine. I did ask my doctor. she just did a pap and said everything looked fine. then i started bleeding again about 28 weeks didn't have sex or anything went to the hospital, they dida sonogram and said they couldn't find anything wrong with me or any blood but I told them that i was bleeding. They looked at me like i wasn't telling them the truth. Then my boyfriend looked at them and told them he seen it too, then i got out of the bed and there was blood on it from me and i was like i told you so. Any ways I was fine but you never know its not anything to play around with go to the hospital, or call your doctor or mid-wife. Now don't waste anymore time. Go what are you waiting on???? Hope every thing is fine!!!

Consult your gynae if worried about the bleeding. Not having other symptoms are normal and you'll feel hungry every other 3-4hrs. so take more meals but small meals.

Bleeding can be abnormal, but can also be normal because the uterus is stretching. You should really ask your Doctor about your concerns. You can't get a diagnosis online.
