It's an animated film about "people" from another planet that keep humans as pets. The humans were very small compared to the alien people. I think a girl gets a little boy as a gift from her parents. At some point I think the humans revolt and there may be a war but I'm not sure. I'm thinking it may be from the late 60's to the early 70's era. I remember seeing this film on TV when I was little. It used to be on in the early AM hours often enough that I have seen it several times. It was somewhat disturbing and I don't think that there was a lot of dialogue. Thank's for the help!

is that the one with the dinosaurs. the family on the island with them?
though the story line does sound like planet of the apes. You would probably remember that, though. They were apes.

I watched too. but I dont know the name. I born in the 70's but I know what you talking about. check in blockbuster online, maybe you can find it.
