The Fall. The Spring time often generates my allergies. The Winter can be brutal; and the Summer is hot, hot, hot...so it has to be fall...it is the prelude to the Holiday Season, the air is always much fresher and cleaner, and it is often splashed with bright Autumn color. People seem to be friendlier and I love to take walks and meet them...even if it is just a nodding smile in passing. The sunsets seem to be prettier and the early morning hours seem to belong to me. The evenings turn brisk and provides an excuse to go indoors and do something peaceful. It is till cool enough to light a fireplace, open a window, or light candles. I hope I have convinced you!

Early spring...Mother Nature is still slowly shaking off the long winter's slumber and there is a time before everything explodes into bloom! That's my favorite time of year...the air is rich with the promise of spring, but the nip of winter holds everything in stasis! It's like weightlessness, or suspended animation! You know it's coming, and there's nothing you can do to stop it, but you never know the exact moment when the world will burst into life again!

All of them have something special. What I don't like is the season change,... Here in Madrid, the changes are very fast... after the summer, one day your are still sweating like a pig in a t-shirt, and the next day you can't be without a warm sweater...
But if I really have to pick, then spring. It gets hot and there is still very cool thunderstorms.
