I am terrible at this but i always leave buying gifts to the last minute. Need something for my girlfriend birthday is tomorrow. Quick background
Likes art, nature. She is intelligent and fantastic
No Jewelry we chatted about it the other day and she isn’t into that glitz scene.
Any advice would be welcome

how about like coffee table book of some of her favorite art or nature pics.
or could you cook her a romantic, candle lit dinner? that would even be a good gift if it's not something you normally do.

Does it have to be something material? Could you suprise her with a picnic lunch or a day in the park, or something along those lines? You could buy her a plant..lol...just kidding. Don't do that. You should probably just take her out somewhere nice. Follow your heart. You know your girlfriend better than any of us do. What is she into. Music? Animals? Anything at all? Dont' worry so much..and dont' procrastinate so much next time!!!

likes art,well take her to an art exhibition or purchase art suff thats she likes or materials which sh can use to make things with artiscally.
nature,well then take her on a holiday where nature is all around go hiking,walking,looking at sights etc.OR get so close to nature and go camping somewhere,organise a romantic bush like setting for dinner,and you could always for a joke get naked,paint your body with trees and grass with birds singing on your body and supprise her and say happy birthday.

Make a homemade coupon from you to take her to a museum or nature park that she likes and take her out to a romantic picnic at a beautiful park or dinner near a wonderful art museum. Make her a painting too, she might just like it.

Give her a trip to Paris (France) the art work there is fantastic. And just outside of the city there is this huge nature reserve.

prepare a nice little picnic in the park or the woods. and when you take her there have her blind folded so she has no idea. also have some champagne or something along with a nice candle to go with it she will love it trust me.
