When people communicate things work better. Think about when you communicate with other people. To let them know that something is bothering you doesn't it usually work out because you let the other person know what was happening? It is the same for the rest of the world. When people talk to each other and communicate there is understanding and cooperation. Without communication there is misunderstanding and problems that could have been eliminated with just talking to each other.

Well I'm someday people could communicate in one voice I guess well all reach a decent understanding in any certain issues. But these days nobody could escape any single misunderstanding in daily life.
