World class runners do it in the low 13 minutes. Not sure what the world record is but I believe in 12 minutes plus or just under 13 minutes.

I find it interesting that tna can run 2:45 for a marathon which is about 6:20 per mile but can only clock 10 minute miles for 5K.

Must be some sort of time vortex thing on the 5K course.


I have run 15:45 a couple of times, but that was years ago. I've run sub 22:00 recently, but I'd be lucky to break 21:00 today.

Well, my best time was a shade under 16:00 but that was about 7 years ago when I was running regularly. Today, I can run the distance in about 22 ~ 23:00 minutes.

That burns about 400 ~ 500 calories

It takes me about 25 minutes, when I Had ran regularly in High school it was at 15 minutes. I had probably burn off a big mac . That How I measure the calories I burn, that's my motivation.

34 mins and to run 20 miles takes me about 2hours and 45mins
