I have heard so many things about Grease... John is going to be in it, then he isn't... Is this going to be made or are these rumors. Is there a script or a release date?

Grease 1 and 2 have been released a long time ago. Grease 1 was released at like, what, 1970-1980's. After a few years (not more than 10), Grease 2 was released. If that was how quick the Grease sequel came out after the first, wouldn't Grease 3 be released at around the same time period? It would be like, Grease 5, 6 or 7 if there was Grease 3.....
So, it's definetaly a rumour

I would've thought after Grease 2, they wouldn't try to make a 3. There only one Grease!!! Grease 2 wasn't that good I didn't think. I haven't heard about a part 3 coming out.

There is no script yet. It is just an idea, and a proposed script. Auditions haven't even been held....
