Definitely overpaid and overrated - Lindsay Lohan (go ahead stomp your foot, throw a tantrum, and then sic "Mommy" on the "big, mean studio man". (Just how old do you have to be to start to take responsibility for your own actions? If somebody is paying you for a job, SHOW UP AND DO IT!)
Jennifer Simpson is another who comes to mind - GET A CLUE, already!
The list goes ON!
Personally, I am of the opinion that there are FAR TOO MANY new "Brats" out there - kids who feel a sense of entitlement - that they should be paid BIG BUCKS for little or no work and little or no talent. The whole situation is NOT helped by the proliteration (look it up in the dictionary) of "I'm wanna be a star talent programs" - how about "America's Next Has-Been". ENOUGH ALREADY! Is it any wonder kids are dropping out of school? They think they can be paid $10 Million bucks for wearing a short skirt, halter top and giggling. LEARN TO READ AND WRITE - you'll go further. And, this may come as a shock, the world DOES NOT owe you a living!
