I am having sleeping problems today and yestrday. I haven't slept at all last night and right now its 12:30 and I'm trying to sleep for 30 minutes allready and i can't. Any suggestions?

For me, the best solution is to exercise regulary, jogging is one of the effective ones. This will increase the flow of the oxygen in your blood, thus make you sleep easier. Avoid drinking too much alcohol and smoking too....hope this help =)

well you can try a sleeping pill but as you said it is 12:30 and i dont know if you got to get up tommorow! i aint gonna be stupid and say count sheep. why not try watching a boring movie!!!!!!

I usually put my feet in cold water for a while, specially in the summer, I feel more relaxed and I can sleep.
