Depends on where I am, don't usually bargain in Singapore, but will definitely bargain my way thru in Thailand, from the stalls on the streets to the tutu driver, whom most people know they can marked up as high as 150% to 200%, so bargain your way down while you are there. I remembered when I was in Hong Kong in 1995, a friend of mine try to bargain for the price in the shop and was immediately chase out. So, i guess it depends on where and when is appropriate to bargain. Like in Thailand, if you don't bargain, more likely you will regret and felt cheated when someone pay 50 to 100% lesser than you.

No, I usually dun bargain. Yes, it is always good to bargain but I normally compare the price before I buy anything that I want
