My fiance is 36 1/2 weeks pregnant is having pain on both sides and when she bends down pain underneath her belly button the pain on the side comes and goes and the only time she has the pain under the belly button is when she bends over

there is a seam of muscles down the center of the abdomen. when a women is pregnant, these muscle stretch and sometimes tear. this is common in pregnancy. the side pains may be just round ligament pains. again normal stretching pain during pregnancy. because this is happening when she is bending over, it may be the weight of everything putting extra pressure on the muscles. have her ask the OB doc when she goes in next time. if the muscles hurt for a long time after, have her take a warm shower or bath to help her relax, this is also great when she is having contractions. congratulations.

Her body is just getting ready for the birth process.. Mine did the same thing. I dont remember the medical word for it. But its just fasle contractions. At her next apt ask the dr *or have her if your not in the room with her* about it just to double check.

a million. He kicks me within the bladder. two. Peeing increasingly. Especially while I cross down the steps of my condominium constructing. I believe love it jiggles the pee loose. :) three. Trying to sleep with out sleep help. Half to take Benadryl or Tylenol PM. Other than that, I revel in my child.

The same thing happens to my friend. Your fiance should call the doctor, but my friend's doctor told her it is normal as long as she is not short of breath!
