It is likely that something is wrong. Definitely go see a doctor about it.

Why does there have to "be something wrong with you" if you haven't conceived? There is life without children and its a good life! Women have been having babies(or not) since the dawn of time without doctors adding this drug or that drug to the mix. Having children doesn't make you "complete"! Can't you enjoy the life you have?

Of course something could be wrong with either you or your partner. You have been trying for 5 years, most doctor will see you for infertility after you have tried for 1 year. GET YOURSELF TO THE DOCTOR ALONG WITH YOUR PARTNER.
