I'm directing a musical within the next couple months and am trying to develop a mod 60's/go-go concept. I want sources that are good for the psychadellic and colorful aspects of the 60's. All answers are greatly appreciated.

'The Monitors' released in 1969 and 'Head' by Director Jack Nicholson from 1968 are two of the best, while James Coburn as/in 'In Like Flint' from 1967 and the Blake Edwards/Peter Sellers' film 'The Party' from 1968 would help round out the mix, oh and a film with a horid reputation but please give it a chance, the orginal 1967 version of 'Casino Royale' is chock full of insight into the era. All of the above films offer a glimpse into the era. It should be noted that many Hollywood films were two to four years behind the times. 'The Monitors; has a song that should be revived! Good luck with your project.
