It's not me, is it? LOL Just don't react. When she's a ***** or being stupid, smile and nod. Just smile and nod. I gaurentee you it will piss her off more!!! She's your boss, so unfortunately, you need her more than she needs you. It sucks, but it's the way of the corporate world. (which is why I'm an actress..lol)
Good luck. Oh, and it doesn't hurt to wish someone would drop a house on her head, either :)

Remember she is still the boss brainless or not! If your job is not in jeopardy KINDLY speak on it at the next employee meeting. Sometimes people need to know when their not doing something right as long as it said in a respectable way. Communication , Communication, Communication that's all it is! remember she has a boss too. Do your work that's required and you would not pay so much attention to the B***S***! at work.

Why should u deal with brainless bossy female boss?

Just take her out for a cup of coffee or lunch. I'm sure, she will like it :)

And tell her the problems u face, of course with smiling face.

You shouldn't have to deal with it. Just focus on you primary duties, be professional to her, DO NOT treat her any different. Eventually, the brainlessness will surface and her boss will realize it and other people will realize it and eventually she'll loose her respect and she will either resign or get fired. Just remember, always focuse on your job and not other, the bad apples will fall by themselves.

Dun worry about this in any aspect. Somebody will tell your boss on her shortcoming one day but definitely not you. once U are the one who tell your boss on all her shortcoming, I think u can forget about your bonuses, promotion and the worse part is tt she will find trouble for U.
So leave the dirty job to somebody else, I think one day your mgmt will realize your boss shortcoming and have her replaced. All U need to do now is to concentrate on your work will be good enough.

There, the saying "never work under a skirt" you can see the problem.I'll suggest you sweet talk and please her in everything. Working life is like that, tolerate and every thing will goes.
