Most labs don't allow animals in labs. But you might get a good career going mixing meth with the other street cats in the back alleys.
j/k. contact local paint companies and chemical companies in your city. They should have technician positions available. Most require first 2 years done but if youre a smooth talker anything is possible.
also talk with your school about becoming a lab tech, tutor, or to see if they have any internships etc.
