To my knowledge, sperm has very low toxicity, if any. Of course, the proteins that comprise a load of mammalian semen are an ideal growth medium for various viral pathogens but of course, things like HIV, or any other combination of letters from the alphabet aren't native seminal toxins.
If sperm was toxic in any way, I don't think it would be an appropriate medium for entry into the human body through ANY orifice, and since it is intended to go INTO another human being, it's toxicity is negligible.
