Many people seem compelled to act on whatever their impulses command. Even more people find it difficult to think and act sensibly when they are distressed whether from circumstances, fatigue, or strong emotions. Our ability to stop, to detach from our emotions, to think carefully about the situation before us, and to act reasonably is the most human thing about us...and it is perhaps the one thing we most rarely develop.

I act & think in all circumstances reguarding my self in all/any matters. So only speaking for my self, I say there is at least one of us.

frankly speaking for small issues i never think, just acts.........but for major issues i always take step after lot if thinking n takin all the pros n cons of my step in my mind.

i sometimes tend to say things without thinking....and that gets me in some trouble sometime
