Maybe he did I have no idea. Can't say I want him dead or alive. I've never met the man.. even though I was in Cuba for a short time. If he did and the system falls and foreign businesses will own Cuba. I dont think the Cubans will ever be free. Lets see you had indigenous who were enslaved, then africans were bought and were slaves, Baltista was a dictator, the Cuba gov took possesion of US company property and which in turn the companies lobbied and placed an embargo therefore eventually ending up with the Soviet Union controlling Cuba and living under the rule of Castro and still not free. A cuban owned economy and businesses owned by cuban individuals and make it illegal to sell your business to foreignors and just be open to trade is the best thing that could happen... I guess.

No...I've only heard that he is ill. Suppose I could be wrong but I hope that I'm not

But America wishes that he would. They want to control Cuba. The following from a newspaper report:

The U.S. should have assistance in Cuba within weeks of President Fidel Castro's death to support a transitional government and help move the country toward democracy, a government report recommends.

Its all been planned for and will happen when he does die. America just can't stay out of other countries

Huh? Ok I think I know what you asked. When Castro dies I hope the people there will rise up and take over their government and become free. Then half of Florida will be free!

I don't think it'll matter when he does die. I think things will remain the same in Cuba.

No, I have not heard anything about him dying.

If he dies, it won't make any difference. Cuba's problems are AMERICA'S fault, not Cuba's. Lift the goddamn blockade!
