Ahh. The old "Internet Bullying" rub. There are a couple of radio commercials that tell people how to stop bullying. I wonder just who came up with this tripe? I believe this so called bullying is just another possible reason for the government to "help" us avoid something so trivial. It's really simple. Don't be so thin skinned. Probably most posters that are being "bullied" are the ones that also want the world to not be mad at us anymore. Granted, some people are sphincters, but if you ignore them they will go somewhere else.

NORMAL BULLY.

Most bullies have been victimes of bullying at some stage. The converse fortunately IS NOT true, most people that are bullied do not become bullies.

Perpetuator. Anyone who was the victim of abuse and learned to copy that behavior is a perpetuator of that behavior.

Abuse is predominantly a learned behavior. There are many different responses to it. Almost all victims of abuse find themselves more capable of abusive behavior, even subconsciously, then those who never were subjected to it.
