Diplomacy? These people are barbaric.... terrorists.. they don't give a crap!!! The only way to deal with them is search and destroy. But, of course we are in 21th century now.. no matter what... we have to be "civil" and yes... diplomacy might work and some negotaitions and agreements might do the tricks. Who knows right? And, we never know what these terrorists think and plan... except of course to give terror. [+_+']

By definition terrorists dont follow any rules. Diplomacy can only set up new rules.

It is our policy not to negotiate with terrorists. Diplomacy involves negotiation, therefore, we should not use diplomacy when dealing with terrorists.
