Most people would need more information before wanting to trade with you--what kinds of stamps (country? modern or old? large or small?) are you offering and what do you want in return? Do you want to trade stamp-for-stamp or according to catalog value? What country do you live in? How many stamps do you want to trade at a time?
You could post a message in the Buy/Sell/Trade section of the message board at http://www.virtualstampclub.com - you have to register, but it's free. (If you're a teen, have a parent register for you or lie about your age!)
Are you youth or adult? If you are a kid, consider joning the Young Stamp Collectors of America - http://www.stamps.org/ysca/intro.htm
If you're an adult, consider joining the American Philatelic Society - http://www.stamps.org
There are lots of trade ads in Linns Stamp News - maybe your library has a copy.
