Never been in that kind of a situation before, but i will recommend this: flat out tell him that if he doesnt stop pursuing you that you are going to file a restraining order on him. Sounds like he is persistant, and keeps being that way because you havent taken any action towards him. If you dont do something, he will keep going, and not trying to scare you but it could wind up into a stalking situation, which is almost already happening with him cornering you like that. I would take some action against him as soon as i could. who knows, maybe the next time that you are alone around him it could turn into rape (sorry, not trying to scare you but he is very persistant and might get tired of waiting around)
Whatever you do, do it soon. God Bless.

If he won't take no for an answer you could file sexual harrassment charges.
I had a guy who just walked into my home after visiting his store daily as it's right down the road. I befriended his whole family and he took my friendship as something more.
I immediately called the cops after I finally got him to leave and they took him to jail.
I decided not to press charges as his wife and I are friends and I did not want to put his family through losing a father, but now he leaves me alone.
You have to be serious with this sort of thing, maybe a night in jail will let this guy know....no....means no!

i think it is time to tell his wife about his unwanted attentions
if you have an older brother or a father in the picture take them with you when you make it plain that no means no and that you will do whatever it takes to ensure that he leaves you alone
try and avoid social situations where he may be present and have nothing else to do with him whatever the pretexts he may come up with

Can you tell your ex ? Get someone else involved.
Make it very clear to the man that you are not interested. Stop going to functions that he is attending and tell people why.
Get your family involved.
be careful. he doesn't sound right.

I stongly suggest you tell his wife, your cousin, then if that doesn't get you any relief, file criminal charges of harrassment, this should get the attention of other family members who don't believe your accusations, be prepared to look bad within your family if they don't believe your story

You are letting him do this to you and you are being naive to it. Stop going where you know he will be!
