because gadget was dumb and was always on the wrong track, so penny and brain did what they could to help him figure out his cases. speaking of inspector gadget, i did a drumnbass remix of the theme song. you can check it out here: www.myspace.com/dolomzero

I think you mean Pinky and the Brain. And cause Brain was very smart and he had a dumb side kick that would do anything for him.
