MyComputer->rgt click->properties->(on the top) go to advanced tab->under performence -> click performence option->(if you have 2 tabs like winxp -> go to second tab) ->look for virtual memory heading and a change button.->click on it -> now double whatever amount of memory u hav and put it in their->click ok and restart your machine....

Open "Control Panel"; double-click "System" icon; click the "Performance" tab; click the "Virtual memory" button; click the option "Let Windows manage my virtual memory settings"; click "OK" in all dialog boxes and restart your computer.

Upgrade your RAM (random access memory). But you have to check first the highest possible RAM size your motherboard can support.
It's good to have more than 512mb DDRAM. By the way, SDRAM is already obsolete. If you make graphic designs, 2Gig DDRAM is recommended.

Buy more memory, wich is cheap but u need to install it.
Stop using memory, by closing different programs and applications.

reboot your computer, it will dump your virtual memory file, and then keep on going

what size gb your computer? outaspace? okay. virtual. get updates . java.com or microsoft update . try help in your windows to get specific .
