I have been thinking a lot lately about where life and EVERYTHING evolved from. Its started bugging me and I know there is no real answer to this mystery. But i just want opinions. Its interesting but at the same time common sense that there is no end to anything because it will evolve into something else, hence the idea of infiniti.
I ask questions like where did the first thing start from? Something has to trigger something else in order for it to evolve, where do the triggers come from? These questions can go on forever (infiniti)

What do you guys think???

hi there guys, i dont want to upset the religious people out there and i myself am a christian and believe in god, but most of you are posting answers saying God is the source of "beginning"
my question is where did God come from? where did he evolve from? im pretty sure something triggered him to be god so where is his source??

Hey there guys, Most people are still writing me that God is the correct answer. If you read me questions carefully, and details, you will see that there is no real answer to this question. There never will be because this mystery is just unable to be solved since we cannot go back in time (or in circles or infiniti). Most people say God is infiniti and He or she started life, in my opinion infiniti had to start from something to, it didnt just appear one day, thus the idea of infiniti is a theory but a good one and yet it doesnt answer where it or life and EVERYTHING started from.God wasnt just put on our universe he or she too came from somewhere or was created by some other. Think about it if all things came and evolved from something GOD did to then.

Silverci,

If something is triggered it
will evolve into something
completely new, thus, the
original disappears as such.
So in a way there is a minute
beginning, and hence, when
it is triggered into a new essence
the progression continues, thus
new beginnings, and eventually
the end of some of the originals.

Therefore, we can safely assume
that some things may be finite, while
others will always continue to be infinite,
in this case 'the triggering process'.

I hear you, it´s fascinating thinking,
and I'd love to know what triggered
you into this path. Can you identify
its beginning? While one may not be
able to identify the beginning, in this
case, one can be certain there is no
end.

I will now end something,
an answer to your question.
Yet I wonder, what will this
trigger?

Trigger away, and stay well!

II think that everything has to have a beginning.and in my opinion, its time and space.as for where did the first thing came from and what,I think it has to be the sun, where it comes from the formation of many tiny dust particles, coz everything has a gravitational pull, and I guess that its this pull that attracts these particles to form the sun over time.

everything else evolves from everything else.how did land animals come about?because the first sea animal came to shore, and adapted to life on it.now that's evolution.the need to survive,I would say, would be the one triggering evolution.

as for the idea of infinity,it may happen,it may not.because all of us will never live to see infinity, but only our children, and our children's children can see what the future looks like,in other words, life is infinity and so is time that will see to it.unless of course in the future the sun gets too big and swallows every planet including us before swallowing itself inside out which will cause a black hole and suck everything up.

the end.

You're pondering over a question that has no answer. We don't evolve, we were created. Look around you, look at how the universe is perfectly set to allow human life. I definately agree with infinity but not through evolving.

It would take more faith for me to believe that we evolved from nothing, then for me to believe that we were created perfectly by (one) true God who has always been and who will always be. In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. (GENESIS 1:1) You can read how the rest was created by God in the Bible. I have never understood how someone could possibly believe that we evolved from pond scum, or from sugar,or from something that blew up. Our bodies alone are so perfectly formed inside and out, that Doctors and scientist will never be able to understand it all. God is not some mythical creature living in the sky somewhere. He is a real Heavenly Father who loves us and created you to be exactly the way you are. He loved us so much that He sent His Son Jesus to die for us. Jesus freely gave his life,so that we may live forever in that place you call infiniti.....I like to call it heaven myself. You have to know that one day this earth as we know it will end ...but, there is hope, you can live eternally with God, because that is how he created it. Jesus made that way for us to live forever, He died for us , but he is now alive living in that place you call infiniti (Heaven)
To know that you can live forever, Ask Jesus into your heart, ask him to forgive you of your sins (not because you are bad, but because we are all born into sin) then believe that He is real. Let Him guide you in everything that you say and do, then you can know that you can live forever. Jesus is not about a religion it is about a relationship with a true and loving God. He is waiting for you to call on Him. To find out more go to notreligion.com I pray you look for Him and find out where you are really from.

First there was spirit, or consciousness. This spirit was unified; it was one. Its nature was to love, and it had no "other" to love, so it nudged...

And light was born in the explosion that brought forth matter and the present universe. Through light, spirit animates matter and is able to live and interact with other beings (whom it also animates).

The universe has been expanding ever since, and one day gravity will overcome that expansion. Then will begin the contraction back to...nothing?...and then the same thing will happen again.

It's impossible for nothing to exist. Something always exists, and so you can say that evolution is eternal.

As i understand it...everything is energy...energy cannot be created nor can it be destroyed...it is eternally recycled throughout the universe in which we dwell. Christian dogma speaks of God as having no beginning and no end....it is the same with all life everywhere since we cannot be separated from our divinity then we too have no beginning and no end...as we are energy beings in dense physical form
where did the consciousness of our Creator find its genesis? Hmmm. now there is a question...no answers here

Its good that you have been thinking about this but have you read all the facts ? Everything has a start, if u studied the beginning of universe thoroughly u will know there is a beginning to it and it will even ends one day -proven by science.

I agree. Everything comes from something, and no matter what changes it goes through, ends up as something else. Even if the world were to have a nuclear holocaust and blow the Earth into dust, it would still exist as dust. I am guessing that many Christians will be upset at your question. I seem to remember something about "Ashes to ashes, dust to dust".

God didn't "evolve from" anything. He IS Infinity. He always was, is, and always will be. You are forgetting that God is a god. The rules for gods are always different than they are for men in every religion.

I always ask the same question because my older son (11) is always asking me. I'm not that religious but I want to believe. But the reality is where do we really come from , what made us, how is it possible for us to be alive. The truth is we will never know, we only have our faith and believes. But I know what you mean. We will never know!!! It bugs me too.
