I must admit there are times when questions like this particular one gives me pause, or even shock. I think it would be good to just walk up to them and present yourself. Also, being honest is a good start; they are not stupid.

Try to make them believe that you just want to be friends. Then their guard will come down. Then you make them laugh. Tell them how much money you have in a subtle way like (I was washing my Porche and this cute little kid came up and asked if I could lend him money for ice cream" Now you look like you have money and are kind.

Then as the night (or day - depends on how often you drink) progresses - you will say " I just bought a big bottle of Grey Goose" want to go and open it. If she says yes - you are set - if she says no - give her your card incase she changes her mind - then move onto another girl or the next bar. Sometimes they will call later - depending on where you live - it is cold in the winter so it is good to stock up on girls during the summer. By spring you will be tired of the majority of them and repeat the process all over again.

Your first mistake is thinking that the bar is a good place to pick up girls. Try someplace where they won't be expecting it. If you absolutely have to go to the bar, do not, I repeat, DO NOT buy them any drinks. Make them laugh on your introduction and ask questions about things that make them feel good and don't ever talk about yourself. Don't answer any questions about your job, social status, ect. There are other places besides bars to pick up a women. Unless you have low self esteem and think you can't do any better than a drunk chick. (that wasn't meant to be rude or anything) I just know a few guys like that.

Try to talk to them intelligently. I find that most girls don't like humor even though they say they want someone that makes them laugh. Also, drinking and getting drunk ALWAYS will lead to an argument. Trust me on this. Drinking and arguing are first cousins. Try not to drink too much. You can tell when you have had too much when you start feeling like crap and start arguing with just about everyone. Also, try to meet someone in your day to day life when you are running errands or at the department store. You will find that the environment in these places is less competitive. You might have better luck.

I picked up my wife in one twenty five years ago and to tell yo the truth, I was just simply being myself . My car didnt matter , my money or anything else. It was the first dance and it was all history from there.

Now we have a huge house, 2 kids we raised, 9 cars, 2 motorcycles, "harleys". Boat, 4 cats and two dogs.
