the feelings you are having are normal healthy feelings.. but part of being an adult is having control over your feelings... even though your hormones are raging... having sex is an adult activity... it requires both partners to communicate openly with each other, trust each other, and both SHARE the consequences... i will tell you what i told my children... if you meet someone that you feel like you want to actually get naked with, and they want to get naked with you, then BEFORE you get naked come and talk to me about it...
That shows me that you are approaching the idea of having sex in an adult way.
After all, if its something you are ashamed to talk about with me openly, then you arent ready for that kind of relationship...
its not about just having sex with someone to fulfill a need... if you just want to fulfill a need, go to the bathroom... when you are having sex there are two people involved and both of them have feelings... and girls are especially prone to emotional bonding... so they are less likely to have sex with someone just for the heck of it, as a guy you need to be able to respect and appreciate that..

as a 15 year old male, that is completely normal to have these thoughts, and erections. I can say that nobody on the internet can tell you if it's the right time for you to have sex. That's your call! In my personal opinion you're too young. I am 25 years old and had sex at an early age and believe me....it's not worth it! and even a condom can break, so you're NOT safe!! most 15 year old girls are not on the pill, and some of the lil shits will even lie about being on it when they're not!! be careful please :) My advice here is (sorry for the graphic nature of the comment, lol) masterbate!! it's safe, harmless and will calm the thoughts you have! good luck :)

Here's some sites for you to see how many things you need to consider before having sexual intercourse. It is a big responsibility and is much more important than it is simply talked about. Here's the sites:
