??? How much of your time can it be taking? Are you thinking of playing pro-ball? Didn't your play before you had a boyfriend? I don't see what your problem is here.
Are you just making this up?

Coming from a girl, I'd say it really depends if you really love him or not, Have you ever thought about taking some days off of basketball for your boyfriend? Like try to balance the two out.
That's one solution.
But on the other hand I'd have to agree that pursuing your passion is more important, and if he really respects you he'd understand, I mean wonder if yall breakup, and you'll be wondering what if I had stuck to my dream, where'd I be now?
After all, the saddest thing is life is wasted talent.

CONTINUE PLAYING! throwing away 13 years is not worth it for a boy. there are better guys out there. if he truely loves you, he wouldn't be getting upset about the time you spend on trying to make it to pro ball. career first, then love. trust me, i'm going through almost the same thing as you are.

since this is a basketball forum with mostly guys, i'm guessing alsmost every answer would be the same. stick with basketball. talk to your boyfriend. if he loves you he will respect your passion for the sport. i bet a lot of females would say that basketball is just a game and you should stick with your boyfriend. you will make the right decision. good luck!

wow, I expected a guy to be the one to have that dilemma, but it goes both ways. I would enjoy my passion and play ball. If he really loves you, he will understand.
