ITCH WILL GO AWAY if you see a dermatologist right away. Meanwhile, steam your face then wash it with anti-bacterial face wash. Wipe it dry and apply a moisturizer with aloe vera.

oh im sorry you are scratching well since you don't know if its a rash it might be good to stop itching just incase.
Also i don't think Nick would find you attracive while itching you cheek. especially it being all red. so just stop and so it won't get all red and itch even worse. good luck!!! i tried to have a good answer. LOL! hey i told you to stop that scratching! LOL! jk!

Maybe you had a hive, which is why you scratched it. I don't think the scratching caused the rash, but rather the other way around. Take some Benadryl.

BENADRYL CREAM, or LANACAINE. They will both stop the itch, however the Lanacaine has ingredients to fight bacteria so it won't itch and it won't get infected from you having scratched it. They both work great.
