what is the timing suppose to be set at on a 1986 toyota pickup. 4x4 22re EFI ? Where is the jumper plug?

The timing should be 12 degrees before TDC if it is fuel injected and 10 degrees if it is not. The jumper plug is the one closest to the front of the truck. Hope I have been helpful.
