don't get me wrong, i don't hate them. i mean i have my opinion of them and wanted to know what your opinion was!

I like the song "Lying Is The Most Fun A Girl Can Have Without Taking Her Clothes Off" But besides that I think all music is overrated. Not just them and I dont think anybody should diss a band because they dont like them because Im sure that everyone likes a band that not so many people like.

They have a few really good songs but most of them are just decent. I wouldn't call them over-rated though.
P.S. It's okay to be an individual, but you should never dislike something because others do aswell.

Yes they're not even such a great band anyways,most of their songs get boring fast and they're becoming such a MTV band which is weird because they don't want to be a MTV band,

YES. i used to like them but now everyone is like OMG I LOVE PANIC ! even though they only know one song, they have become a band only posers listen to now:[

yes.
i knew them before they were popular, and now that everyone likes them, it's kind of annoying.
their songs arent that good anyway.
most sound alike, and it just "seems cool" because the names are really long.
