this is a equation, not a rx ,if it was a rx. it would read od for right eye and os for left eye. nice try! now can someone transpose them Please ? :^) and as far as power goes! my lab can generate to minus-30.00 sphere. and plus + 30.00 sphere. and -15.00 diopters of astigmatism and 15.00 diopters of prism , vertical or horizontal . and slab off. and up to 7.oo diopters of add power. :^) so the parameters i gave are Quite correct. medical doctors use plus cylinder form .and optometrist use minus cylinder form. they do!

I don't drink that stuff! only wine once in a while. now another lesson class ! (cheech and chong ) a person with different refractive powers in each eye, like the numbers i have showed. this patient would be known as, Anisometropia. HINT ! the spheres will change big time,! the cylinder will stay the same, but with a different sign , and the axis will be different by 90 degrees. now in optics the axis only goes to 180. sorry to hear about you and your horse, I started on a POA, at six then went to a quarter horse at 11, he lived to 34. I love horses . I liked Hildago the tough little Mustang. oops! the man is off topic! :^) me thinks you know more about this huh!
