This is the type of political behavior running rampant all over the U.S. Jacksonville, FL for example. Nearly all of its city officials are members of the first baptist church, and "unofficial" meetings are held there all the time. If the average citizen tries to get into the church they are promply arrested. This aint no poop.

Pretty much all of them(worldwide) are run as rotten boroughs, but fixing the elections eliminates many, if not most in the US.

Most of them in my area are rotten, but I have no proof they fix the elections. Rather here, they unify constituencies, but I generally know in advance who or what will win, but not the exact vote count.

Yeah, Glasgow Scotland. A total joke of council where Labour are in control and are out of control with nepotistic, employment and decisions that suit vested interests. It's like a one party state.
