Urine is formed by the kidneys, transported to the bladder by the ureters, and the bladder excretes the urine to the outside of the body through the urethra... this is true for both males and females, in mammals. The vagina is a separate opening for reproduction purporses, it can have a discharge of its own to keep it clean. And referring the above answer... females do not have prostate glands (although there are other glands that secrete lubrication into the vagina).

No the urine in women does not come from the vigina, that mean woman genital parts have two opening one is the urethra opeing where the urine comes fro and the other is the vigina which is the reproductory part of female.

Your urine comes from your Bladder, your prostate glands seals of the openings to your fallopian tubs while you urinate. It closes off the bladder for SEXUAL activity.
The same is true for the male and his semen (Sperm Cells)
