My friend's husband told my friend that he has this disorder.

It's actually called Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) and the big symptom is blackouts where the person doesn't remember what they did for several hours.

From what I learned in my Abnormal Psych class, I think the only treatment they can do is to get the person to accept that they have the personalities, and deal with the issue/trauma that caused the disorder.

why do you call it disorder?they don't fit into your mold?as long as they are not breaking the law where is the disorder?
