because the site goes down every once in a while they are having database problems.

they tell you the answer on the next screen after trying to log on. They are (have been) haveing difficulties since a massive power outage the other day and are still working on getting their databases back on order. It will only be down for a little while (about a day) you can still look at profiles including yourown just cant down some minor stuff that would require logging on. eg look @ pics, leave a coment.

this happened to me many times until i found out what the problem was. i was so use to clicking on the the far right button to log in on my other e-mail address that i never realized that myspace's far right button says sign up not log in . that may be the problem

I was on it earlier today. On their website it stated that there was a power outage in LA that affected the area and the location of where the MySpace servers are located. The battery back-up system failed so they're asking everyone to be patient until things are back to operating normally

sometimes when it dose that u hav to wait bscause tom might be working on ur myspace or ur spelling is rong thats all i can think of so good luck

Check your caps lock and num lock keys. Either one of them is on now and shouldn't be, or one of them was on before and not now, and you didn't notice.
