Oil giant Chevron loves its former executive Condi Rice so much they named an oil tanker after her. How truly awful must you be for the oil industry to like you that much?
Everyone goes on about her supposed 'cleverness'. And she herself rates George W Bush as 'someone of tremendous intellect' - so the bar has been set quite low here. Let's hope she never gets a job as say a GCSE examiner here in the UK, because that would blow her mind!
Rice did attend the University of Denver at the age of 15, but it was only to study the piano, and that is not, lets face it, a proper subject. Neither does it prepare you for high office: no one's going to look at Jools Holland in a crisis are they? Not unless somehow it involved boogie-woogie.
So, am I the only one that cannot bear the bloody woman?

WRONG... the fact that she is black doesn't bother me in the least, there should be more black politicians in the western world... the fact that she is a complete f*ckwit bothers me. But then so is George W Bush... elected by a nation of f*ckwits... well the ones that were allowed to vote anyway.

i don't have a problem with a woman or any race being in positions of power, we need smart people in high places. But, she is part of the neo-con faction...Colon Powell resigned because of ethical reasons, I respect his position. The Bush Admin is all about agreeing with the big G, if you don't you're out. I have not seen any glimmers of genius from her, no bursts of imagination...just the same old methods as the last few years. she may have degrees to give her an amount of respect, but neither she nor the president listens to other intelligent american's...it's a closed office. They have been taking huge risks. The Lebanon issue is an example, it was an opportunity to help a real democracy in the middle east, and they did nothing. Go ahead list her great accomplishments.

If you criticise her you must be anti black, anti woman or anti gay, right? no, W R O N G !!!
I have no doubt that she is "clever". But a politician is in the public eye and their personal life should ALSO be in the public eye. Condy has too much of the "J Edgar Hoovers" about her for me to be comfortable with her.
Condaleeza has got where she is by hard work but also by being a "token". Political correctness has enabled this becaue she is three "tokens" rolled into one and a convenient way for an organisation to show "political correctness". I should know. I worked for Chevron for 24 years and at one point they were worried that their board only consisted of white, heterosexual males. So guess who was the next person appointed to the board?

No where in your little paragraphs is there a substantial reason that justifies hating her, seriously piano school? Btw your facts are wrong, she studied the piano at 15 at the Aspen Music Festival and School. Then she went to the University of Denver and received a Bachelor's in Political Science, then to University of Notre Dame for a Masters, then at 26 she received a Ph.D at the Graduate School of International Studies at Denver. Get a brain!!!!!!!! HAH!

Condoleeza Rice will vote for McCain in keeping with previous voting ideas. She is clearly Republican in stance and Biden is racist himself with suggestions from asserting that Obama develop into the first wise articulate black guy or lady he's ever met.

Oh have you even read her resume? You are so stupid! Why did you lie about her major? it was not music you liar! Here is the truth. In 1974, at age 19, Rice earned her B.A. in political science and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Denver. In 1975, she obtained her Master's Degree in political science from the University of Notre Dame. She first worked in the State Department in 1977, during the Carter administration, as an intern in the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. In 1981, at the age of 26, she received her Ph.D. in Political Science from the Graduate School of International Studies at Denver. In addition to English, she speaks fluent Russian, and, with varying degrees of fluency, German, French, and Spanish. No I have a question for you, how much alphabet soup do you have after your name? Have you earned the right to be called Dr? Are you a person of letters? Or are you just some left wing dolt who hasn't got a clue?

Hi Yummy,
Couldnt agree more, she reminds me of one of the people who were in charge of protecting Damien in the Omen.
@RLP
Stop being blinded by Bush's tub thumping vote catching lies, along with his disgraceful mouthpiece at Fox news. Bad press in Europe??...ever wonder why? The chimp is hated because he has duped the US into voting him in TWICE (I still cant get to grips with that one) and all on a war mongering ticket, while Europe have to live with the fall out.
I make the distinction between the US people with whom I have no beef and the greedy, grasping neo-cons who have lied to you at every step of the way to further their own cause.
Dont believe me about Bush's lies? Well how come Osama Bin Laden has never been indicted for 9/11? How come just a few weeks ago the FBI admitted they had no concrete evidence to link him to the atrocity? He was the reason they went into Afghanistan for Gods sake!!
(source:http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=viewArticle&code=20060610&articleId=2623)
This would be laughable if it wasnt so despicable.
How come Al Quaeda is seen to be a sprawling international terrorist network when all it really is is a rabble of uncoordinated albeit highly motivated freedom fighters? Vote catching?...it certainly scared you lot into giving mumbles the vote again (thinks george out of rainbow could do a better job)
(source:http://video.google.com/videosearch?q=The+Power+of+Nightmares)
This is a MUST SEE video in 3 parts...i suggest you watch all 3 and be prepared to have your eyes opened...the source is the BBC...a truly UNBIASED account.
The inconsistencies in the 9/11 commission report are frightening...incidentally, only a little more frightening than the Bush administrations tactics which meant he got voted into office again (but wait a minute....he didnt did he?...o well...semantics never got in the way of a good election did it?)
And where was Condaleeza Rice in all this?. Towing the party line is where she was which makes her guilty by association. Now she pops up as Bush's mouthpiece, **** scared to step on the corporate fatcats toes and condemning Lebanese civilians to death by her insidious inaction.
You say Hamas and the Palestinians 'deserve' to have civilians killed? Your living in a dreamworld... apologists like you make people want to strap bombs to themselves.
Hamas can only fight the way they know how, are you suggesting they retreat to their multi billion dollar base and fight 'fair' from there? They use the people because the ARE the people, not some bunch of automatons who have been lied to so much that all they can do is come out with some crap about 'doing a job' and 'being professional'.
God Bless America....cos nobody else does.

Hey, you had me on your side until you made the statement about the f*#@wits allowed to vote.....I was allowed to vote but I chose not to vote for Bush! Does that now make me a wittyf$*k? To be honest I always wondered if she had it in her to really represent Bush's agenda if it got really rough and I think this past week sort of showed her to be in a bit over her head. Then again, Bush's arrogant position of my way or the highway would be difficult for anyone to defend. To say the least I think she just ruled herself out of runnng for the presidency any time soon. Truthfully I want to see someone run who gives the impression of being able to stand on their own; she looks more like a puppet to me.

I like and respect her. She has never done anything to disgrace herself or this country.
Where are you from ? (the UK - Prince Phillip - no one with a doddering old nut such as him representing their country should talk. - calling us in the US names and berating our President is just plain rude. He is a good man. We were just overseas and they give him such bad press in Europe. It's no wonder the world has the opinion of us that they do. He IS a honorable man who does the best he can for this country. Is Iraq better or worse since we got there...even THEY don't want us to leave.
England was my favorite vacation ever - glad I didn't meet YOU when I was there. Would have tainted the trip...

She also taught Soviet Foreign affairs at Stanford University in California but hey - why do you care. You are obviously a racist person who "hates" black women.
Ok that was harsh, but its the kind of rhetoric someone on the "left" would hit a conservative with when they say they dislike Hillary. Personally I think the left is so threatened by a conservative black women on the national political stage its funny. You realize if she's a VP nominee for the Republicans the Democrats are toast.
