Yes, almost all teams use it. It is a legal block within 2 yards of the line of scrimmage. The only exception to that is if the defensive player is being engaged by 1 player, a second player is not allowed to block them below the waist.

Yeah teams still do the "Denver" block. Sorry but don't think it will ever really lose that nickname in the NFL do those who remember those dirty teams of just a few years back. Not sure that they are still that dirty though. Actually I wouldn't even really say teams still do it per se, I think it is mostly players that do it now.
For the record I am going by what I consider your intent, which is ILLEGAL chop blocks, not the ones that are allowed by the rules.

All NFL teams still use the cut down blocking schemes, but only at the line of scrimmage. Just watch the line more during games... they usually only do it on run plays when their on the weak side of the line to create more space for the back to maneuver.

Yes, of course they still do. They just can't chop or cut while another player is blocking them or it is a penalty.

Yes cut blocking is used, Denver Broncos and the Atlanta Falcons use it

Its used everyplay just about most people dont see it though
