The simple answer would be yes. But this Eagles fan is not sold on his play-calling and clock management. I am of the opinion that he is over-burdened and can afford to concentrate on coaching. However, I do like the fact that as a coach, he has a LOT of say over who the team drafts, trades, and signs.

Yes and no. He has a great eye for talent and knows when to get rid of players (Brian Mitchell). He needs to delegate more. I agree his clock management can be awful, but he has taken us to the post season almost every year.
I don't like how he "sticks to the plan" when it's obvious that the "plan" isn't working that day. Let McNabb run already. Who cares if he's known as a running QB? But every once in a while he sneaks in a trick play, which is fun.
I just wish his interviews didn't sound like he just took half a bottle of valium!

his only real flaw is his total lack of imagination when it comes to using the weapons he has at hand...
his game plans are so predictable that the average fan can accurately predict the play he has called for almost any situation...
