Personal Guarantees, and debit

1-yr ago ended a business relationship with two other investors. I lost money. One investor continued the business sinking more money into it.

I signed several personal gaurantees with these two folks. Will I be able to list those with Chapter 7 Bankruptcy?

I have one piece of equipment that is on a lease that I'm the only gaurantor, payments are current. But, I'm the only person securing the lease. Can I include that on my chapter 7?

One final question: I recently purchased a home...not less than 30 days ago. I want to keep my home. I have no equity built up. Do you think I will be able to reaffirm it?

I've done the research I can file chapter 7 with the means test. I'm just concerned about these business leases if I will be able to file or not?

The business is currently operating and not in financial trouble. But, I am personally. I don't want to file Chapter 7 then have a problem 3 years in to it?
