i am behind in so many bills and one of my paychecks has a garnishment attatched to it......is there any way to make some quick cash legally......

Assuming you don't have an aversion to working, you should get a second, part time job. You might be able to find one "off the books", which isn't exactly legal, but is pretty much a part of the business culture. There are always jobs out there for motivated, positive, energetic people.

Unless you have some special skill or talent, forget about getting "quick cash." You'll probably just get in trouble, or lose your money gambling. I hate to suggest this, but for women, the fastest way I've ever seen to make a lot of cash quickly and legally is topless dancing. If that's too disgusting, I'd suggest maybe bartending, or possibly the old stand-by, babysitting.

If you're a little more motivated, you can do some sort of door-to-door sales like Avon, Amway, Melaluka, etc. Then there is telemarketing, stuffing envelopes, taking surveys, or flipping burgers.

The better way is to get into debt counseling ASAP. If there were ways to get quick cash legally, we'd all be doing it.

Nothing is quick fix, only thing is prepare for next thing happen and you will be able to deal with it. cut down spending, paid it off, start saving. getting out viciuos cycle
