of course it could. Just about anything could happen. The thing is WILL it happen. The liklihood of such far fetched things are very very very minimal. It's like the lottery, only you don't want to win it. ;)

The roller coaster scene in six flags is based on a, what seems to be, a sort of "traveling carnival" type of vibe, so its not very stronger, durable, or anything like such, and at six flags all of the rides are inspected and run several times daily to check safety. Like said in the movie you are more likely to die driving to six flags then at six flags. Which i doubt your friend will die driving there either, dint stress out over it, I'm sure hes having fun and a great time!

you never know.....
I think it was final destination 2 where the lady got her head caught in the elevator.
Not long after it came out, a doctor got decapitated by the elevator at a hospital I live near, the exact same way the lady did in the movie.
So, its possible. Unlikely, but possible. :p

Final Destination is FICTION, there's nothing to worry about.
Death doesn't have a vendetta against anyone except in fantasy stories.

They put in the credits that if the movie related to anything like that it was a complete and total accident it is meant to be a fictional movie. I think they put it in there in case someone researched accidents like that.

I don't really think so people get on those rides every day and they are fine. You should be okay. Just don't go into a tanning salon!
