I use Cerama Bryte to clean my ceramic flat top electric stove top. It works fairly well but the stuff is relatively expensive. What is Cerama Bryte made with so I could potentially just buy the raw ingredients and make my own cleaner?

They don't share their contents on the label (not good), though the MSDS filed at the Home Depot Website shows the main hazardous ingredient as Citric Acid. I guess there's also carnuba wax like in auto polish... but have no way of knowing.

Try mixing baking soda with water to make like a paste and put that on there and let it sit for a few minutes then try to wipe it clean. I use baking soda for a lot of my cleaning. I hope this helps.
